This is a fabulous studio! I have visited many PB studios and this one has the BEST instructors! Also the community of women is wonderful... they are supportive and many have become great friends. If you are looking for an awesome workout with a challenging and supportive team, this is the place! Love it
Pure Barre is the most effective workout to get your whole body toned in less than an hour. The instructors work hard to provide unique and challenging classes each time they teach, and the barretenders, aka receptionists, do a phenomenal job maintaining customer relationships.
I absolutely love PB Camas! The staff and instructors are supportive, fun, and connect with their members. The level of confidence I have received going there for over two years has changed my life. The community and friends I’ve made while being there has had a positive impact on my life.
I joined Pure Barre at the Camas location just under a year ago. To say I love this place would be an understatement. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and happy to see you at every visit. The coaches are talented, knowledgeable, kind and will push you in an encouraging way. Everyone remembers your name!
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
