From the reviews
I absolutely love Pure Barre Edmond. You have to take a class with Lindsey, she is so helpful with form and making me feel like I belong. I have only been attending for 2 months and already I have made great improvements in my strength and flexibility. Everyone from staff to other members are AWESOME!
I have been enjoying Pure Barre workouts at the Edmond studio since 2018, averaging about 4 classes a week. Every class format is challenging in its own way, enabling you to get a great mix of whole body strengthening, cardio and stretching in a low-impact environment.
This place is phenomenal. I’ve joined other gyms before and it didn’t feel as welcoming and engaging as this one. The instructors are amazing and encouraging and each week the routines change. So you’re never bored and don’t feel stagnant. I’ve made Pure Barre a lifestyle choice and it’s been great for me and my body.
Great workouts! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Convenient location and class times. I highly recommend! I have now done PureBarre for 8 years and it is a workout routine you can truly stay with. Even though I have done it for a long time, it continues to remain challenging. I also love the community and camaraderie!
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
