From the reviews
Took the 5:30a Classic with Katy and loved it. It was super challenging but she offered modifications which was great. I had some technical difficulties with ClassPass saying I booked the class and it sent me a notification, but then the reservation didn't show in the app!
Maddie and her team are absolutely the best! I have never been a class workout person, so I was shocked when I fell in love with Pure Barre last year. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming every time you walk in the door!
The only workout I have ever stuck with!! The low impact workouts are challenging but not overwhelming and lead to amazing results both physically and mentally. The community makes PBNH feel like a second home and has lead to amazing friends both inside and out of the studio 🫶🏻
If you are wanting to try a barre class in Oklahoma City, Pure Barre Nichols Hills is a great place if you want to add barre to your workout routine. The instructors are so helpful and friendly.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
