What local students say

I had the pleasure of attending a class hosted by Sylvia, and I can confidently say she was absolutely incredible! From the moment the class started, Sylvia's energy was contagious — she kept the atmosphere lively, engaging, and fun.

I come from CorePower Yoga and wanted to try something new so I started going to Barre3 San Diego a few weeks ago… I am addicted! The classes are challenging, fun & one of the best work outs I’ve ever done. The studio is always clean and has a really warm atmosphere.

This is my happy place! It has been my home away from home for 7 years now and my obsession is still very strong. If you're looking to try a new workout or curious what Barre has to offer, check out the Bar Method Point Loma. They have variety of classes that will challenge you.
