From the reviews
I had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of Tri Barre, and I’m already obsessed! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful, thoughtfully designed space — clean, modern, and absolutely stunning.
I had the opportunity to visit TriBarre for their soft opening and they have absolutely exceeded my expectations. The studio is gorgeous open-spaced, very chic, and lux. The owners Katelyn, Kennedy, and Whitney were welcoming, warm, and very personable. I look forward to the upcoming classes they have to offer.
Absolutely loved this Barre studio! Amazing facility, the space is very clean and welcoming, the instructor was amazing, and the workout was challenging in all the right ways. I left feeling strong, energized, and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!
Atlanta seriously has nothing like Tribarre. The studio gives luxury boutique vibes that make you actually want to work out. All the instructors are amazing. The playlists are perfect and every class feels like a dance party that just happens to tone every muscle in your body (still sore, but in a great way).
Your first barre class at Tri Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
