The staff and members are welcoming and know how to make workouts fun. I have gained several special friendships here. The studio is the best for fun, fitness, health, stress relief, and friendship.
I love Studio 317! Our new location at 200 W. Main, in the heart of Old Town Greenwood, is amazing! The gym offers a wide range of classes including Les Mills Body Pump, cycling, yoga, Guts & Butts, Cardio & Core, Barre, and various pop-up classes. The instructors are energetic and experienced.
The atmosphere here is so inviting and there are a ton of class options you can take (check out the schedule on the website). The owner, Shannon, genuinely cares about building and maintaining relationships with us and cares about our health.
I’m so glad I found this gym! It is great for finding that small gym atmosphere. Everyone there knows your name and helps keep you accountable, especially the instructors. As someone who loves fitness but sometimes lacks motivation, their environment and online system has kept me accountable for 9 weeks!

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
