I love Pure Barre Sandy! The teachers are very good at what they do, and they do their best to make you feel comfortable in class. They give compliments throughout class, and they turn off the mic when they give personal corrections. The workout itself is also amazing.
I am so happy Pure Barre is back!! This is such a challenging work out but low impact which is so important to me. The studio is clean and the instructors are incredible! I love the feeling of community found here and have met so many wonderful people. I feel amazing after I leave class and I have so much energy!

I have attended several Pure Barre studios throughout these past few years. This location is far and away my favorite! The staff is warm and friendly and always willing to help. The teachers are experts at what they do and ensure each class is challenging and fun!
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
