From the reviews
Pure Barre is my ultimate happy place! I often find myself taking 2-3 classes a day because it just makes my day. I kick things off at 5:30am, catch another class at 8:30am, and wrap up at 5:30pm. I used to be all about marathon training, but now I'm addicted to these group workouts – I've got a ton of energy to burn!
Pure Barre Prosper, Allen and McKinney is truly a gem! The instructors here are nothing short of incredible—each one brings so much energy, positivity, and genuine passion to every class.
I ❤️ Pure Barre Prosper so much and all the friends I’ve made there. We don’t just work out together, we do life together outside of class. I started going to the McKinney studio in 2017 and was hooked from day one!
I love these full body workouts, and I’m also thankful for the instructors and staff! Everyone is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable! Loving this new super close location! ❤️🥰
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
