As someone who loved Bar Method, when I moved out here from California, I was looking for my new Barre family. I was lucky to find PBV. Since joining I've found that I like Pure Barre even better! The variety and change-up of the workouts is top notch and unrivaled. I love that it's for everyone at every stage.
I just hit my “10 classes” mark on my 3 month commitment & am highly recommending this place! The workouts are a serious challenge && I’m feeling my body improving & I love it!! Every teacher has been welcoming, motivating and encouraging.
Seriously the best low-impact and toning full body workout. I go 3-4 times/wk and I’m consistently sore and challenged every time. Shout out to instructor Bella! Love attending her classes… she always has high energy and gets my heart rate up and my sweat on. Best 50 minutes of my day!
An organization I am in recently had a private class at Pure Barre Viera and it was one of the BEST socials we have had to date! The Pure Barre staff was outstanding - very friendly, welcoming, and excited to have us there! Kylie taught our class and Monica was there to help us out. They were both phenomenal!

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
