I have looking for a work out that I truly enjoy and look forward to going. I finally found it with Neighborhood Barre. The classes are challenging but enjoyable. I hate cardio so this was a perfect fit. As an added benefit, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is also always spotless.
I have not worked out in the last few years but coming to Neighborhood Barre they made me feel so welcomed and have showed me how to do all the workouts to get maximum benefit! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!! They are all so kind and their studio is also super beautiful!
My mom and I took a Barre50 Class in Spanish with Gaby Palma and it was great - we loved it! Shes an amazing instructor, cant wait to take more classes with her 💕
I love the 6AM or 6:30AM classes! It's a wonderful way to start your day. Elizabeth is a great instructor and always has a great playlist. She typically works out with you, but also checks your form and provides corrections to ensure you are working out safely and effectively.
Your first barre class at NEIGHBORHOOD barre Orlando
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
