From the reviews
I am going on 4 months of being a member at Pure Barre located in Rea Farms at the end of August! I absolutely love this place. Every single instructor to the front desk and the owner are amazing people. People who care about their members and are passionate about their job. I consider this place my temple of healing.
Effective workouts, great variety of classes, they always feel new and fun, and most importantly, the best teachers, by far!!! I’m so happy to have found you, everyone at PB Ballantyne! 🤩👍🏻
I haven’t been to a Pure Barre class in years, and I was pleasantly surprised to see new formats added. I decided to go to the Pure Barre Align class, and it was amazing! I love yoga and barre strengthening, and this class combined both elements.
I absolutely love this place. I first tried it by purchasing a Groupon to ensure it was a good fit for me. I loved it so much that I ended up purchasing a membership. I really appreciate how friendly the staff is.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
