The classes they teach
“All that aside, I’ve stuck with it because they have a laidback and down to earth vibe that I haven’t experienced at other Pilates gyms I’ve trialed.”
“There are multi levels of mat and reformer Pilates, barre, and yoga, plus cardio options, stretch and relax (Unwind and Align), and workshops.”
“I joined MBS when I was 28 weeks pregnant because it was the only gym in the area that offered a prenatal specific class.”
“100% would recommend MBS to anyone beginner (or advanced) out there looking to try.”

From the reviews
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I walked into MBS Pilates Studio over a year ago as a girl who truly never thought she could ever do Pilates—let alone successfully. Fast forward to now, and I feel like a superwoman every single time I walk out those doors.
I joined MBS when I was 28 weeks pregnant because it was the only gym in the area that offered a prenatal specific class. I was nervous to start a new workout routine while pregnant but, even though I was completely new to Pilates and in my 3rd trimester, I was able to regularly take their non-prenatal beginner and…
Doing Pilates at MBS is one of the best things you can do for yourself! I honestly never expected to feel this strong again—but MBS Pilates has completely changed that for me. Starting two years ago with no experience on the reformer or even in pilates classes, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported.
The instructors at MBS Pilates Studio are top-notch, brilliant, fun and inspiring! They consistently monitor the room to make sure everyone's form is correct to prevent injuries. They make sure each class offers modifications, so it is NOT a "one size fits all" approach.
Your first barre class at MBS Pilates
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
