I absolutely love Karve Studio and all of the instructors! There is a good variety of workouts offered here, and I never get bored. There are also different class types, such as classic barre, barre cardio, Pound, Pop Pilates, Zumba, and they even offer child care to make working out more feasible for busy moms.
This is the place! I love it so much! Karve is a great workout. I've come 10 times now and am addicted!! I feel so much stronger overall and my muscles feel tighter. I love that I can feel a different muscle in my body get worked with each exercise set. The instructors are all upbeat, knowledgeable and supportive.

I'm so glad I found this studio! The instructors are kind and encouraging, they give clear cues that are easy to understand while still providing a challenging workout. And I love the cute pink room!

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
