From the reviews
I have been coming to In Bloom since its opening in 2025. It didn’t take long to fall in love with the space, classes and people. I’ve been a member ever since! I have seen results physically and mentally!
I started going to classes at In Bloom last June and I love this studio so much! Jennifer, Amber, and Liz each have different styles of teaching but every class is always thoughtfully planned and encourages you to challenge yourself while also listening to your body.
I’ve been taking classes at In Bloom since April 2025. This space is exactly what I needed in my life! I’ve never been someone who enjoyed exercising and just did it out of necessity, that is, until I found In Bloom. Now I feel sad if I miss a day! It is also a fantastic way to clear my head and relieve stress.
This place is my sanctuary. I get to stop thinking for an hour and emerge myself into the workout. The studio is gorgeous, clean and just all around good vibes. No egos here and I’m here for it! The ladies have done such a good job curating every piece of your experience! Tiny touches make such a huge impact!
Your first barre class at In Bloom Barre & Wellness Studio
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
