I love it here!! I’ve had all the gym memberships and none of them have ever made me excited to go workout. I actually enjoy booking a session and feeling confident about being led during the workout. So far I’ve done the hot iso, hot stretch, hot blast, and hot cycle. I signed up 1.
Ready for a calorie burn? Hotworx in Lake Worth is the gym for you. With various workouts, there is something for everyone. There is no excuse for not being the best version of yourself, so be proactive and get active. Don't wait on your goals, they won't wait for you. Get your sweat on now and feel the burn.
I’ve really enjoyed working out here. I have a lot of injuries I’ve collected over the years, this has been amazing for healing. I can get 45 mins of three types of cardio with strength built in, then go into to 40 mins of stretching it all out. There’s also options for yoga, core, bands, buns and more.
At first I went to hotworx because I normally don’t sweat as much during my workouts, but after I tried it out once I got a membership that same day! I’ve been going for about 2 months now and I’ve started noticing results 🤩 They have different classes depending on what you want to work on.
Your first barre class at HOTWORX - Lake Worth, TX - Azle Ave
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
