Had my first work on 07/26 and had the best experience with Elizabeth. She was so welcoming, fun and informative ! I really enjoy how beginners friendly this facility is in look forward to coming back and checking out the other location.
I have been to multiple locations, West 7th, Burleson, Colleyville and even one in Arkansas. This studio is very clean, the availability to work out by myself in the sauna is very open, which is a big plus for me.
I always get a great workout here! It's not a big location so it's not overwhelming or too difficult to get in the specific training saunas when I book. I often see Elizabeth when I come in, and she is always smiling when she greets me! She is also very helpful when I have a question or concern! 10/10

Your first barre class at HOTWORX - Fort Worth, TX - Camp Bowie
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
