From the reviews
I could not be more thrilled this location is now open! Pure Barre has been my go-to workout for over a decade, and I’m looking forward to this new location becoming my home away from home!
I started Pure Barre when this location opened and it has been a fantastic experience. I love all the classes I have taken. Each instructor brings something different to their class and I find they all teach me something new each time.
Love that this studio opened up! Such a convenient location between work and home. PB is one of my favorite workouts and I’m excited to be back in a studio close to me.
Traveled to Fort Worth to take my friend Tessa’s class at this studio on 2/3 and was not disappointed! 10/10 experience, environment, and people! 🤩
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
