From the reviews
I've taken 5 classes here through ClassPass so far & will definitely keep coming back. I LOVE ClassPass because I have a well-rounded training regimen & pilates/sculpt classes are part of that equation. The downside is that some studios can make you feel like an "outsider" if you're not a paying member.
I’m so happy I found Freebird Fitness right around the corner from my house! The energy here is absolutely amazing – it’s fun, welcoming, and the perfect balance of challenge and support.

Your first barre class at Freebird Fitness
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
