The classes they teach
“I have taken several genres of "barre" classes, as well as taught barre and dance, and I think Barre3 offers something unique that is hard to find in fitness brands.”
“It’s supported me through my pregnancy and postpartum days, and although I’ve just completed my 100th workout, I still feel challenged to dig deeper every single time.”
“The classes are always energizing and well-structured, and the instructors do an amazing job keeping you motivated while making sure movements feel approachable for all levels.”

“If you're a first timer they celebrate you being there by saying welcome on a little sign at the front desk, and your name on a sign where the locker area is.”

From the reviews
I signed up for a free trial class to give Barre3 a try since I have been wanting to do barre for some time. I throughly enjoyed my free trial class. The staff was so friendly and made me feel right at home.Courtney, AC and the entire staff have been so welcoming every time I have come in.
I cannot say enough about the studio and the owner. I started this journey during a very difficult time of my life. The staff is not only made me feel very welcome they have gone above and beyond with their service, their integrity they care for their clients. I would recommend the studio to anyone.
I love the studio and the staff. Most of my classes have been with Elizabeth, she always has so much energy! Kendyl is great as well. The staff are just awesome! I wish my schedule would permit me to go more often! Update- everything is still the same!
I just completed my 100th class and I could not be happier with my decision to join Barre3 South Tampa. Prio to joining, I was not motivated to exercise, but since my first day, I felt welcomed by the wonderful Barre3 staff. The classes are challenging but doable, which makes you feel accomplished since day one.
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
