I’ve been coming here for about ten days now. I’ve taken classes with Svetlana as well as Jessica, and I really like both of them as trainers. They are very friendly. Jessica is especially very friendly and explains everything really well.

I recently attended my third FLX Mobility and Stretch Class with Andrea. Pilates is all new to me so I did not know what to expect. I met with Andrea and an assessment was completed. It was suggested that I try the FLX Mobility and Stretch Class.
After 9 1/2 years of not working out, I was honestly a little nervous to jump back in—but Andrea and her sculpt and stretch classes have been an absolute game-changer! From day one, she’s made everything feel so smooth, fun, and doable.

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
