From the reviews
I can’t say enough good things about this studio or the instructors. The classes offered are amazing, fun, and accessible for everyone regardless of fitness level. The instructors are kind, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s a special place full of really wonderful people.
I can’t believe I haven’t posted sooner, but felt it was long overdue to give a major shoutout to FitCo and Natalie (the owner) for creating such an incredibly inclusive, warm, inviting space to work out in. This place is a community and has become such a part of my (near) daily routine.
I've been attending classes for a few months now. The coaches are super friendly and people in class are very encouraging. I always look forward to class and know it's going to fly by!
I love this place! I have never been able to stick to working out at traditional gyms and the space at Fit Collective is warm and welcoming. I enjoy their classes and flexible times offered, and being able to workout over my lunch hour easily has made the difference for me.
Your first barre class at Fit Collective Denver
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
