From the reviews
I'm someone who used to think of the gym as a torture chamber that I avoided for a lifetime due to anxiety and self-conscious ineptitude. So when I say I now actively look forward to planning my week around my workouts at Trufusion, I want that sentiment to hold real weight to whoever is reading this and has had gym…
Where do I begin… what a phenomenal space. First I’ll preface with, I was a 4 yr member at another TF location and moved to Denver for work. This gym is way too far from my house.
Best gym in Denver. The mix of yoga, to HIIT, to pilates, to boxing? You can't find it anywhere else in the city. I went here for years and sadly moved due to special circumstances, and Nedal was not only an amazing instructor but also a great management leader and allowed me to break contract early.
I’ve been going to TruFusion for about a week now, and I’m obsessed with this studio! The classes are challenging enough but not too difficult for someone just getting back into yoga and Pilates, and the community is so welcoming and friendly.
Your first barre class at TruFusion Denver 9&Co
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
