I absolutely love this studio and have been coming here since January. One of the things I appreciate most is how classes always start and end right on time — it shows how much they value everyone’s time.
I took reformer sculpt with Melina in Spanish. She was great at explaining each movement and the function of the equipment. I love that Spanish music was playing, this studio came at a perfect time especially in today’s climate when other places are getting rid of diversity.
During a recent girls' trip to Dallas, my friend scheduled us for a Pilates class. We attended the Mat PowerFORM class with Victoria, which was set to begin at 8 a.m. Although we were running a few minutes late, we called the front desk to inform them.
Vanessa is absolutely amazing at what she does! Her energy, knowledge, and passion for Pilates truly shine through in every class. She creates such a positive and motivating environment, and her instructions are always clear, encouraging, and effective.

What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
