I miss this location so much!!! I decided to try HOTWORX after realizing my college gym was too crowded during the times I was able to go. I’ve signed up for multiple gyms in the past & only joined gyms for their classes. I was expecting an average experience at HOTWORX, but I’ve never had more fun at a gym!
I absolutely love Hotworx ! This gym has been a blessing in disguise. I’ve cried and even screamed a little just to push myself through alot of the workouts when I first started but the virtual instructors always encourage you to go at your own best pace and you literally earn the burn each time you do a Hotworx…
Hotworx is amazing!! This location has some of the friendliest and enthusiastic members. The facility remains clean at all times and I feel more and more motivated to workout due to the encouraging staff and owners, Jenny and Tony. This studio is a necessity to be added to your everyday life!
15 minute workouts are killer here. You really feel the burn and don’t have to use so much of your free time to work out. Also the people that work here are amazing!!! Come see Tony and Jenny here and sign up. You won’t be let down. I assure you.
Your first barre class at HOTWORX - Arlington, TX - South
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
