From the reviews
TBC MKE is my happy place. I’ve been taking classes for 8+ years and could count on one hand the times I took the same class twice. I love the variety of class formats (barre, strength training, HIIT, bootcamp, cardio kickboxing).
Do what you love, love what you do. The Barre Code is it! I’ve been coming for 3 years. The best community of women can be found here. The vibes are welcoming and exciting. The workouts are challenging but keep you wanting more. Can’t say enough great things!
The studio itself is a clean and fun vibe. All the employees are super welcoming and friendly - even if it's your first time doing barre. The classes are challenging and rejuvenating to help you reach your fitness goals - made for all fitness levels.

Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
