From the reviews
I absolutely love The Tease. The classes are fun and instructors make everyone feel supported no matter their level. The space is clean, relaxing, and has such a great vibe. Kenzie puts so much thought into the monthly special events, improving the studio, and adding new classes based on client feedback.
Pilates here is amazing! Kenzie is a fantastic instructor who makes every class challenging and fun. I also love the barre classes with Monica—she’s so energetic and motivating. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to get stronger and have a great time!
The instructor was so nice about it being my first time! It was a smaller class and was super chill. The moves were just challenging enough that I was able to do them as someone who is beginning their pilates journey. Can’t wait to come back!
Great classes especially the strength Pilates class led by Debbie! Super cute aesthetic! Positive environment! Open and accepting of all body types! The owner is super kind and was willing to answer any and all questions!
Your first barre class at The Tease Pilates
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
