From the reviews
There is something about this space that reminds me of the stillness and peace of a church. My family and I have been Brickell Key residents for more than 25 years, and this is the best addition to the island. The studio has a very grounding energy that makes everyone feels welcome.
This studio is THE most. The classes are amazing!! there’s something for every mood, whether you need to push hard or just move and breathe. The instructors are not only beautiful souls but incredibly professional and knowledgeable in the way they teach.
I recently took both a yoga and Pilates class here and had such a great experience. The studio is clean and beautiful, creating a welcoming and calming atmosphere. The instructors were very knowledgeable and brought such great positive energy. A great addition to Brickell Key!
Obsessed with this studio! It’s easily one of the most high-end, top pilates centers I’ve ever been to. You have to try the hot barre class it’s my absolute favorite and such a killer workout. 10/10 recommend!
Your first barre class at The Most Hot Pilates
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
