Loving Pure Barre Miami | Midtown! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly attentive to my needs and genuinely supportive of my ballet training goals. Jillian at the front desk was especially helpful — welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient.
Love love love purebarre! It's such a fantastic workout that leaves me feeling strong and energized. The instructors are amazing and always push me to do my best. I've seen so much improvement in my strength and flexibility since starting purebarre. I can't imagine my fitness routine without it now.
The instructors are all very nice, help correct form, and don’t try to push me through pain/injury. The vibes are supportive and encouraging. The workout is low impact but powerful. I’m able to target small muscles/stretches that have really helped my back/hip condition without being in crazy pain the next day.

Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
