3rd Review I'm home for the holidays and purchased a two week package at my favorite place in Montclair - The Bar Method Montclair!!! Jenna, the owner, and her AMAZING Instructors - Christine, Renee, Karen, Katie, Shelby, Robin, Elizabeth, Samantha, Mariana. Kate and Caiylyn - are the Dream Barre Team.
Calling all females but in particular the 56 yro (or near and far) females struggling with the side effects of menopause, Bar Method in Montclair is the place for you. A welcoming environment with various classes and times to choose. The workout is rigorous but hits all the right spots.
I've been a member of Bar Method Montclair for over 11 years. The workout itself is low impact, but so challenging. It's a workout that if you're doing it right, you'll know! The Bar Method community at Montclair stayed together on zoom through Covid with the staff working so hard through the changes to keep us going!
I discovered the Bar method Montclair via one of their specials. It was a 13 pack that I told myself I would go consistently and see how I felt at the end of the trial. Long story short I became a member after my trial was up because I loved the results! I went consistently and still do.
