“There is a nice variety of classes and I love switching it up, from a flow class, to a sculpt, to a HIIT, to hip hop cardio.”
From the reviews
I’ve been a member at studio fire for about a month and its one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Before SF, I hadn’t done yoga before but now I’ve done it all: HIIT, barre, yoga, etc. and go almost every day.
Beautiful studio space with friendly & energetic teachers. Very motivating, the infrared heat is unique and more enjoyable than traditional heated classes. They offer better class times than most studios in town.
Come as you are, leave rejuvenated! Listen, I have tried plenty gyms over the years and Studio Fire is something special. I don’t know if it’s the chill atmosphere when walking through the door, seeing the lounge area and coffee bar OR the classes!
Studio fire, simply put, is an INCREDIBLE place to go if you want to feel centered, welcomed, and overall amazing. Their studio vibes are awesome, and their hot yoga classes are the best around with the best music, too (which is a must-have for me to enjoy yoga).
Your first barre class at Studio Fire
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
