From the reviews
I can’t say enough good things about Simply Hot Yoga. From the moment you walk in, there’s a sense of calm, professionalism, and care. The space is always spotless, thoughtfully designed, and welcoming without being flashy—just the right environment to turn inward and reconnect. The instructors are exceptional.
SHY is life changing. Since coming to SHY, I have transformed by body and my mindset. I feel a sense of fullfullment and inner peace. My overall well-being has improved significantly. Each week I look forward to improving my yoga practice with a group of people that I have grown very fond of.
Warm Sculpt & Barre has been one of the most transformative parts of my wellness journey. Each instructor brings something special, and together they’ve created a space that feels safe, empowering, and genuinely healing. Crystal’s classes are the perfect balance of challenging and enjoyable.
Where to even to begin. I first attended SHY when it first opened 13 years ago. And I'm so proud to see how it has grown into such a welcoming warm community. The staff is so great and they remember your name. And once you come in to check-in for your class, they will even welcome you by your name.
Your first barre class at Simply Hot Yoga Wellness Center
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
