I really enjoy the studio! The front desk and instructors are all very welcoming regardless of your skill level. I’ve always struggled with committing to gyms and stuff as most of them have felt stuffy, unwelcoming, and elitist, and I’ve always felt nervous asking questions, but that’s not the case here.

My fav Pure Barre studio! I’ve been to a few in the area, and this studio and team always bring me back. It feels like a place I could hang out ❤️ the studio is always clean and the equipment is kept in great shape. And the teachers bring the energy!!! By far my favorite fitness program I’ve found

★★★★★ — Erin, Jul 2025

This place is soooo EXCESSIVE! From technique to hospitality to general kindness, this place is way over the top. This is my favorite studio because the vibe is definitely there: feels like you’re among friends; however, they don’t act like friends when class begins.

Your first barre class at Pure Barre

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Barre is low-impact, so it suits most bodies and fitness levels — but if you're pregnant or working around an injury, check with a doctor and let your instructor know so they can offer modifications.
