From the reviews
I hadn’t visited a PureBarre since I got my 100 classes about 8 years ago and never went back—too monotonous! I was visiting the area for a month so thought I would give the concept another try. I can’t believe how expanded the class offerings are now and how challenging the workout is. PB Park City is fantastic.
Pure Barre in Park City is amazing! The instructors are awesome, fun, knowledgable and you ALWAYS get a great workout. This is my favorite work out in PC. There is a wide array of class times and I can always fit one into my schedule. This is a really fun studio and everyone is so friendly and positive!
Love Pure Barre PC! When I moved here and didn't know anyone, I quickly found a community here. The staff, workout, environment...its all amazing!
As a former collegiate/professional athlete, Boston marathon qualifier, and mama of 3 boys under 4yo, I have very high expectations of my workout. Like my life these days, it's gotta be intense, fun, and challenging for my mind as much as my body.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
