From the reviews
I love working out at Pure Barre. It’s an awesome way to exercise and destress. I love the support the instructors give you and how they show you modifications for what your body needs! It’s not just a workout, it’s a community! I am grateful for the friends I’ve made through Pure Barre!
Jeannine Mohler Pure Barre is a total body workout. It offers multiple formats to keep your body engaged, as well as your mind. The comradery with other participants and the instructors is such a nice feeling. The constant encouragement with gentle reminders that you are capable of your goals is very refreshing.

I am so happy to have discovered PureBarre! A friend of mine recommended it to me and I’ve been taking classes for about a month now and love it. I have even recruited my sister to join too! It is such a great workout but also such a good experience for fellowship with these amazing women.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
