From the reviews
Love the staff and teachers. This group workout hits the whole body and gets those spots that I would never do on my own at the gym or home. It’s all about the shake, the shaking of fatigue on your body means it’s working!
Great teachers, great energy, great workout. I've met the owners and they are wonderful. If you're looking for a Barre workout, this is the place.

I love this studio! The staff are kind and supportive. I took advantage of a free class to see if I would like the workout, and realized that it is the perfect addition to my weekly routine.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
