From the reviews
I love the Pure Barre classes and all the instructors. Shout out to Foxborough. You guys rock! This is the first time I've found a workout that I enjoy and can stick too. I much prefer this to the Gym. And my friends and family have noticed the difference in my physical appearance. It works!
I’ve been loving my experience at Pure Barre Foxboro! The studio has such a welcoming and uplifting energy, and every class leaves me feeling stronger and more empowered.
I love Pure Barre Foxboro! Hey My first class was a Pure Barre class with Molly. She was a great teacher and gave great instruction for my friend and I who were new. The class was HARD but I LOVED it! What an amazing workout. And the music the class is set to is fun and keeps you going.
I first started at Pure Barre in Foxboro about a year ago as I was between gym memberships. I enjoyed balancing out my workouts with the core and leg work. Life got the best of me and I put classes on the back burner. But, recently picked up taking classes again and forgot how much I loved it! Such a great workout!
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
