From the reviews
it just three weeks my overall vitality has improved and I feel my muscles our leaner and more sculpted
Have been going since they opened, and I absolutely love it. This is the most I’ve ever worked out, and it’s the longest I’ve stuck to it. The studio is clean and they don’t overpack their classes, which means everyone has space when working out, and you actually get some guidance from the instructors when needed.
I’m almost 48 and I got my splits back here. The membership is a great value and encourages consistency.
I love Pure Barre! The instructors kick my butt! Finally I look forward to working out .
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: required here, and sold on-site if you don’t have a pair; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
