I’m completely hooked on Pure Barre Eastlake! The workouts are challenging in the best way and keep me coming back because I can actually feel and see the difference. The accountability here is real, the teachers and members motivate you to show up and give your best every time. What I love most is the community.
I love this community! I have a tribe of barre sisters that provides support and encouragement at every turn. I have been regularly working out here for over 9 years and it is my second home. The exercises are low impact and easy on my old joints, but the toning is second to none.
Say yes to yourself and your health for 50 minutes a few times a week and wait for the amazing results- plus the endorphins last all day. The teachers, Marco and the whole staff are amazing- it is a community and I always LOOK FORWARD to my class. I LOVE Pure Barre
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
