From the reviews
These women have become great friends through the years of working out together! Every class is different and the instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and encouraging!
Pure Barre is one of the best workout experiences I've ever had. The instructors are highly motivating, as well as personable. Every person that is taking the class is friendly and motivating as well!
I love this studio for the amazing instructors that are able to articulate so clearly exactly what to do. I’m not coordinated and never dreamt that I could feel comfortable but they proved me wrong. Coming to class at Pure Barre always leaves me energized and feeling like I can tackle my day with joy!
Pure Barre is amazing, the very best work out I have tried. The classes are challenging but so fun. They keep me strong and active. There is a variety of class formats and times to choose from. I love going and seeing the instructors and all my friends 🧡.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
