From the reviews

I really feel so fortunate that I came across Pure Barre Beverly Hills. I signed up almost three years ago in preparation for my wedding, but I'm still going every week! In part, it's because of how solid the classes and instructors are.

I can't believe it took me this long to leave a review. I have been going to PB BH for over 5 years. I can't live without it. Kirstie and Lindsey take your motivation to the next level. I know I am going to be sore AF after a class with Carina. Megan and Katie are so kind and helpful.

★★★★★ — Tracey, Feb 2025

This is my favorite workout hands down. I have been coming to pure barre for about 9 or 10 years and I absolutely love it. The workout is all inclusive for different parts of your body— and makes you workout muscles you never worked out before!

★★★★★ — Nicole, May 2022

The instructors at this location have great energy and keep up with changing routines so seamlessly. This keeps me energized and continuously interested in taking classes 3-4x week. Playlists are always changing. The studio is spacious & clean. There's an awesome community vibe and soundbaths too.

Your first barre class at Pure Barre

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Barre is low-impact, so it suits most bodies and fitness levels — but if you're pregnant or working around an injury, check with a doctor and let your instructor know so they can offer modifications.
