From the reviews
I came across this place when I searched for hot yoga. I tried Inferno Strength with Juju and Inferno Hot Pilates /Pilates Sculpt. I wasn't really sure what to expect for either class. Inferno Strength: This was my first heated lifting class.
I hate gyms, but love the at home workouts like p90x and insanity. The HEAT 45 classes at Pulse Inferno are exactly like that, and only 45 minute sessions. Super easy to get in before or on the way home from work, they are my jam. They also have a variety of other classes my wife loves like barre and yoga.
The importance on treating my body better and after 11 years of heavy impact to my body from boxing, I made an executive decision to incorporate hot yoga into my life. Pulse Inferno has excellent variety of classes and well seasoned instructors to keep me interested and motivated.
Stephanie was my instructor for the hot yoga class I took this past month. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt an immediate sense of ease, as if I already knew her. There was a calm presence in her smile that made the space feel welcoming and familiar.
Your first barre class at Pulse Inferno
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
