I find Jack Hammer Fit the perfect spot for me to work out. I have a bad knee and can no longer do high impact workouts. This gym was the perfect fit for me offering pilaties, yoga, spinning, and TRX training. I can get my workout in and not be in pain after. The other gym members are welcoming and supportive.
JackHammer Fit has IT ALL! My line up for this week! Spinning with Wendi , Jen and Tammy. PLUS strength training. Barre with Jessica or Kristyn. AND NOW Pilates with Darlene! JHF has yoga as well! I take when my schedule allows. Invest in your self now! All ages and men are welcome as well, not just ladies!
JackHammer Fit is like a home away from home! The 4 minute method lower class with Tammy gets you energized and motivated for the rest of your day. Kristyn and Jessica inspire you to take the Barre class week after week. Jeanine has the perfect voice and guidance for the Yoga class.
I absolutely love this gym! The classes are amazing, and the workouts are challenging in the best way—they constantly introduce new and invigorating moves that keep things exciting and motivating. The support from the staff and other members is incredible.

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
