The classes they teach
“My favorite classes are the Hot Blast (one of the HITT workouts) and the Hot Barre None and Hot Stretch.”
“Each of the classes are challenging and you have the option to “level up” but adding in ankle or wrist weights to elevate your session.”

From the reviews
I am a Founding Member to HotWorx Fort Mill and have thoroughly enjoyed continuing my health journey at this studio. When I initially started hearing about HotWorx coming to Fort Mill, I was very intrigued with the concept and was very much looking forward to taking a class when they first opened.
I started at HOTWORX in November 2025 after passing by it almost daily since it opened. I finally took the leap to try a free class and was hooked. It is definitely a different type of workout, one that I was not sure would yield results like other workouts I have participated in, but it sure does.
Loving the flexibility of Hotworx classes. I have severe scoliosis and the sauna heat is life changing. I like being able to choose a quick cardio class or longer yoga type class. Everyone is super nice. It is also a great value for unlimited classes. Hope to be here for the long haul.
I was contemplating joining for a long time and once I did, I was hooked! This is a different workout- one where you “earn the burn” literally by taking classes in infrared saunas. You sweat, detox, improve joint health, and overall feel better after jumping into the sauna.
Your first barre class at HOTWORX - Fort Mill, SC
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
