I’ve visited several gyms and studios over the years. The Dive Barre ranks high on the list of my personal favs. I love the diversity of classes offered…Reformer Pilates, Barre, Yoga, circuits and Zumba. The space is beautiful with very positive vibes and friendly caring instructors.
Dive Barre is welcoming and cozy. It's the best! Julie and all the instructors are the best! I've been going for about a year and a half now and I'm not only stronger and more mobile but my peace of mind is better. I get to stretch, strengthen and breathe. It's all good!

I love coming to the Dive Barre and Pilates Studio! There are a variety of classes and instructors, so you get a unique experience with each class. The atmosphere is great and has allowed me to push myself to get stronger while making new friends along the way. 10/10 would recommend!
Your first barre class at Dive Barre and Pilates
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
