I’m addicted! I have many friends that suggested I try CycleTrip … I finally did… WOW! I’m impressed. I look forward to my classes and the adrenaline burn each instructor guides me through. When I joined CycleTrip, I received nothing but “ TOP SHELF” quality.
I have always been active and into fitness but, until I joined Cycle Trip, I have never been consistent with my work outs. I absolutely love this studio and the instructors and I always look forward to getting my butt kicked with every workout. Plus, the nutrition bar and saunas are huge bonuses.

New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
