From the reviews
I love working out at Z Spot. Going to classes there is the high point of my week. I love every class I have taken at Z Spot, and they offer quite a variety. Some days it is hard to choose which classes I am going to attend because I love them all.
The best workout place I've ever tried that combines great music, cardio dancing and super friendly people. An hour flies fast and you end up with great energy and real results. Marsha is a great professional instructor and price is very affordable to what value you get.
Z spot Fitness studio is the first place I have been where I have worked out and felt like I belonged. The teachers, staff and the people that come to work out are welcoming ,encouraging, supportive and treat you as a friend of the Z Spot community whether it's your first time walking through the door or your 100th…
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Jody and Marsha are so kind. Along with the instructors, they make everyone feel SO welcome. The classes I have been to are great and a ton of fun.
Your first barre class at The Z Spot Fitness Studio
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
