I've been taking spin and barre classes from Club FItness Addiction for a few months and I absolutely love them. The barre classes are an incredible workout and keep me engaged and interested. I finally look forward to working out!
Been a member of ************* for 20 years. I ran into Fitness Addiction and tried it once. Found Sandy and Rich and what a couple!. They run the club, work the club, and live the club. These to 'fit' personal trainers live what they speak. Great couple! Fitness Addiction now has my membership. You can't go wrong.

Your first barre class at Club Fitness Addiction
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
