From the reviews
Newport Peach is a fun, comfortable, cute place to work out- and it’s a FANTASTIC workout!!! I’ve enjoyed attending Lil Peach Mom + Baby Barre with my little one, and I attended classes while pregnant.
I’ve only been going to Newport Peach for about a week, but honestly it has already been one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. I’m currently trying to earn the free shirt they give you for attending 12 classes during the month of May, and it’s actually been motivating me to keep showing up and…
I recently re-joined Newport Peach, and I can’t express how grateful I am to be back! The instructors are incredible — their kind and encouraging coaching style makes every class feel empowering. They’re always attentive, helping to correct form when needed, so you feel confident and safe in every movement.
I couldn't be happier with Newport Peach and I feel so lucky I came across their business when researching workout places. I have been to quite a few workout places and just haven't found a place where I feel comfortable and that the workouts work for me, so discovering Newport Peach has been absolutely wonderful.
Your first barre class at Newport Peach
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
