From the reviews
Pure Barre is by far THE most effective workout I've ever experienced. As a runner I wanted to incorporate a workout that provides toning and strengthening. After my first class three years ago I, along with many countless others, became instantly hooked!
I realize my review may seem bias (as I am an Instrctor at this location) but I assure you, it is most definitely not. Prior to becoming an instructor, I was a devout client (and still am) for about 4 years. Pure Barre not only changed my body, it changed my lifestyle.
I have been taking pure barre classes for 3 years. Pure Barre not only has changed my body, but it has changed my life. I never wanted to wear a bikini or shorts, now...thats all I want to wear. This workout never gets easy, it gets harder, and it makes you stronger!!!
By far the best workout in Orange County. I have been taking Pure Barre for about four years and it has never gotten easier, you only get stronger! It is the only workout I have ever done and seen such great results. In just a few consecutive classes you will see change.
Your first barre class at Pure Barre
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
