The classes they teach
“Before starting Barre3 classes at this studio, an hour-long work out seemed impossible, but truly the time passes by quickly when you are fully engaged.”
“I took class 3+ times a week throughout my last pregnancy and was able to take class all the way past my due date with modifications the instructors recommended.”
What's on offer
“The workouts are hard, but only as hard as you make them; you choose how heavy you want your weights to be and when to take a break during a flow of exercises.”
“Located just a bit north of downtown Vancouver, there's always parking and a bougie clothing boutique inside the lobby as well.”
“I am grateful for this team and the community is better for having them here.”
What members say again and again

From the reviews
I started taking classes here just under a year ago and I'm very grateful to have found this studio. It had been years since I seriously attended to my physical fitness and I was pretty nervous at first--my body wasn't very strong and I had a lot of anxiety about moving around and testing out my muscles--especially…
Wonderful place! I’ve only had a few classes but I’ve had a great experience every time. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming when you’re new to the community. Front staff is very kind and the instructors are amazing. They’re great about checking in, explaining modifications and keeping the energy alive.
Really really nice place to go since the people here are super welcoming! I was really surprised because usually the places they go don’t really give you a tour but this place gave me a full tour and even their numbers to contact them after the class. The class itself is actually really good too!
I've never been one for group classes, but I tried a Barre class here to shake things up and fell in love. The ladies here make you feel instantly welcome! I let my instructors know I'm working through some limitations due to an injury recovery, and they've each taken time to check on me throughout class and offer…
Your first barre class at barre3
New to barre? Almost everyone is their first time, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: barre blends small isometric holds and tiny pulses at a ballet barre with light weights and mat work — it's low-impact and joint-friendly, but it works muscles you didn't know you had, so a little shaking in your legs is the point, not a problem. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: fitted leggings and a top you can move in — nothing baggy, so the instructor can see your form. Grip socks: most barre studios require grip socks — bring a pair or check whether they sell them at the front desk; the grippy soles keep you steady during the pulses. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
